We ship orders within 72 business hours providing:

• Customer is cleared for credit approval.
• Orders are received during normal business hours of 9am -4pm Est. Monday-Friday
• Chairs are in stock at time of order.

Non-shipment due to acts of God is not covered under this guarantee.

All chairs can be shipped via UPS. Please note that although our shipment methods include UPS, your order will be shipped via the best determined method based on time and quantity.
